Since founding Etultra, I’ve become focused on helping leaders to scale their businesses by retaining and developing their best people.
Together we work on setting and achieving big goals, understanding and unpacking mindsets and exploring how beliefs are just as important as behaviours when it comes to unlocking high performance.

An Association for Coaching accredited coach and DISC certified, I’m also an advocate of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
